Design Consultation
Inspiration and ideas will be discussed that reflect your desired design style, goals, budget, scope of work and preferred timelines.
Interior Design & Space Planning
Design and style concept is developed, initial floorplans and elevations, selections and fixtures are presented. Full design concept is developed through approval of initial design concepts and space planning. Floorplans and elevations are created for approval. Refining selections, cabinetry, materials, lighting, furnishings, design and details with each client.
Architectural Drawings & Renderings
Floorplans, elevations and room renderings will be provided for projects Construction documents required for projects will be provided per request.
Selections & Specifications
We will assist in all selections for cabinetry, hard surfaces, plumbing, lighting, finishes & furnishings to achieve the desired goal. Specifications will be documented for the project for reference and procurement.
Project Liaison Services
During project construction, our goal is to lead clients through this process by advocating on your behalf and making sure your needs are met. We attend meetings and work directly with contractors, the trades and vendors to make sure the design direction is followed. We assist with a construction punch list and oversee installations.
